Problem


With numerous advisors managing many retirement plans at once, Ameritas needed a redesigned TPA. This new tool needed to streamline plan management, reporting, guidance, and client management while maintaining Ameritas’ reputation as a trusted and reliable partner.

Solution


Using revised themes and personas generated from our behavioral design process, we built a new end-to-end user experience (UX). The new UX utilizes new design patterns and available components focused on streamlining common user tasks and increasing user effectiveness.

The Results


BLDG25 delivered a comprehensive redesign and multi-version enhancement roadmap in five months. We are working with Ameritas and other external teams to integrate this new experience into their existing record-keeping platform.
