WHAT WE DID

doctor scientist using floating digital network connections

Problem

Duke needed to accurately capture, measure, and decode the impact of temperature, humidity, vibration, light (lux), dust, and noise in 50 bedside sensors to support a study on patient delirium and present it at a conference within a short timeframe.

Solution

BLDG25 ran targeted design sprints and built software that tracked real time environmental data with the ability to add/edit/remove sensors and arrays, change configurations, monitor data actively and passively, track and correct errors, and work with historical data, all correlating with patients’ EMR for the study.

SCROLL

The Results

BLDG25 was able to get the sensors up and running exactly to spec to complete the study in time.
